1. Property Agency: This involves sourcing, selling, buying or letting properties for our clients. We have a strong team of estate agents we work with all over Kenya to ensure efficient delivery and client satisfaction.

 

2. Property Valuation: We undertake valuation of all types of fixed and moveable properties including, Land, Buildings, Plant & Machinery, Office Equipment amongst other properties, to establish current open market values for:
   • Purposes of buying or selling of a property.
   • Insurance purposes
   • Court Purposes
   • Mortgage/Loan Purposes
   • Rental Assessment: For purposes of establishing a fair Market rent for new premises and old premises when they are/or fall vacant or when there is need to review rents to market levels.

 

3. Property Management: We manage Commercial, Residential and Industrial properties on behalf of a broad based clientele including individuals, companies, churches, etc.

 

4. Property Due Diligence: In the real estate sector, due diligence is a vital process for anyone transacting in landed properties. This is because of the emerging fraudulent practices that are becoming rather common during property transactions. The process entails verification of true ownership of the property and its proper identification on the ground. Due diligence involves identification and confirmation of the location of the property, ownership, possession and other factors that may be of interest to the property. This is important because it guarantees the person who is buying a property the existence of the property and also discloses information that the seller may not disclose. We have the skills and professional competence to assist you in this process.

 

5. General Real Estate Consultancy: Services including advice on the Highest and Best Use of Land and investment advisory.

 

6. Feasibility Study: We under-take feasibility studies for our clients and advice on the viability of proposed commercial, industrial and residential properties.
